Job Description:
Location: Malvern,PA
The Technical Project Manager role requires management, negotiation, and facilitation skills to plan and track the diverse activities of projects. The
Project Manager works with Business Representatives, Developers, Requirements Analysts, Software Architects, Test Managers, and
many others to ensure the delivery of quality products on time and within budget.
The project manager should be hands-on and should have a very good understanding of current web and database technologies
Essential Functions:
• Defining and managing the overall work plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
• Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues
• Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
• Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risk
• Ensuring that the solution meets quality goals
• Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management
• Defining and collecting metrics to objectively track how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
• Assisting with change management requests as appropriate
• Continuous feedback to Project Management Processes and Tools to support continuous improvement efforts
• Participate in design sessions and provide feedback

c. Understand and manage to the big picture as well as drill down as necessary with great attention to critical details
d. Demonstrate strong leadership
e. Sustain a team-oriented, fast-paced and innovative environment
• Technical Knowledge
a. Ability to work with a range of functional areas (e.g., marketing, technical operations, quality assurance, information security)
b. Break complex business visions into smart incremental technology deliverables in order to ignite projects and sustain rapid deliveries
• Education and Experience
a. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years project management experience
