Location: Center City
DLC Solutions is seeking an in-house Technical Project Manger to handle account and project management for clients implementing our Drupal-based EthosCE learning management system for continuing medical education. This is a contract position expected to last at least 3-4 months, but additional projects could extend the contract.
Primary responsibilities include full-cycle technical project & account management, including:
- Managing client communications
- Leading internal kickoff meetings
- Leading client discovery sessions
- Documenting client requirements
- Creating and managing production timelines
- Communicating project requirements and timeline to staff and freelancers
- Internal acceptance testing
The ideal person would have at least 1-2 years experience managing technical client-facing web application projects in either healthcare, or continuing education (e-learning). Experience with Scrum or other agile development processes would be great. Mobile experience is a plus.
You must be located in the Philadelphia, Pa. metro area and available to work on site in our office located in Center City. Occasional travel is required to client locations.
