We are looking for some high-level UX help on a website that we are working on.
The website facilitates the playing of online video game tournaments, the first game we are using is Counter Strike Source. There are some UX improvements we would like to make, but want some help so we get it right the first time. Additionally, we could use fresh eyes to help us see what we are overlooking. The site is www.getgosu.com (we know it’s not pretty, it was designed by programmers 
The internal staging site (which you can see if you have interest in helping us out) has a new skin/design that we got some help on from opensourcery out in Portland OR.
Since, we are in the Philly area, I’d like to find someone around here to help us out. This potentially could turn into part or full time work if we enjoy working together.
