Full time position for Security Administrator, managing the daily security needs of AWeber’s SAAS web applications. Our software is utilized by over 100,000 customers on a 24/7 basis requiring well planned, secure implementations to streamline the user experience and safeguard their data. Requirements
• 5+ year of security experience.
• Experience conducting application vulnerability assessments.
• Experience assessing potential security vulnerabilities with third party code, internal custom code,
operating systems, databases, web servers, and others.
• Familiar with security of network devices.
• CISA and/or CISSP certifications.
• Be assertive and have good communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an informal, high-energy environment.
• Relocation assistance maybe available to qualified candidates.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain information security strategies, architectures and implementation plans across infrastructure.
• Develop and document plans, policies and procedures in support of IT security, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Perform security assessments of applications, systems, and networks.
• Conduct PCI compliance reviews of standards and processes.
• Perform vulnerability and risk analysis, system technical security reviews and network, server and end
user security audits.
• Develop, review and update security reporting systems. • Perform System performance diagnosis and scalability assessment activities.
• Maintain and monitor facilities to detect intrusions. (OSSEC, Snort, others)
• Being part of a team that provides 24×7 coverage for the production environment.
