Description
The Digital Project/Account Manager helps manage our various interactive engagements. This role acts as the main contact point between client and the internal project team. You will participate in all aspects of online projects including strategy, information architecture, content, design, development, implementation, as well as be a key driver in digital marketing and ongoing enhancements.
Responsibilities
Project Management
* Organize and manage all internal or external teams and tasks necessary for successful implementation
* Create detailed project timelines, budget estimates, and production schedules
* Ensure team develops projects on time and within budget
* Work closely with team functional area managers and creative director
* Assist in QA &Testing process
* Assist sales in billing process
* Maintain/update daily and weekly progress against baseline MS Project timeline; issue status reports to Delphic Sage Management and client
* Manage and motivate the project team to achieve maximum performance
Account Management
* Participate in the creative process (strategy, brainstorming and critiques) Support all client services’ efforts in maintaining and growing healthy client relationships
* Provide daily internal contact for client’s and development team’s project questions and needs
* Learn new technology applications and techniques as interactive market evolves
* Proactively identify risks and develop and communicate solutions to contingency plans and manage to those plans
* Manage client needs/expectations; including through Change Management
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and do off-site work as needed
Online Marketing
* Drive IAoR (Interactive Agency of Record) relationships with clients and creating new online marketing opportunities
* Provide support for all digital marketing engagements internally collaborating with Director of Online Marketing
* Attend digital workshops and speakers in the greater Philly area to better learn new technologies
Experience
* Minimum of 3-5 years project management and/or account management experience, preferably in an agency environment
* Working knowledge of web and application development, web design and digital marketing
* Experience in one or all of the following highly preferred: email marketing, SEO, PPC campaigns, social media
* Possess ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
* Perform as both a self-motivated and collaborative problem solver
* Proven track record bringing projects in on time and on/under budget
* Expertise in the latest versions of the MS Office, MS Project, and MS Outlook.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and the management team
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
