User Experience Analyst

Brandywine Technology is currently seeking candidates for one of our clients in the Wilmington area. Our client is looking to add to their User Experience Team, they are seeking individuals with experience in cutting edge technologies and research methodologies. The Usability Analyst II will plan and conduct usability evaluations and other user research, utilizing a broad knowledge of user experience and user-centered design principles. The Usability Analyst II will work closely with business partners, design, and development teams and external vendors.

This person, along with the team, will be responsible for the design collaboration and development of prototypes, page designs, graphics and mockups to support research activities. They will be responsible for reporting research findings and recommendations to business and executive teams. Maintain knowledge of evolving UX design/usability principles and best practices.

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience in creating and conducting user research studies and translating results into design decisions. Proven experience generating research plans, defining and tracking user experience metrics; coordinating work on multiple products/releases. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute usability tests and other UX research; provide analysis and specific and prioritized recommendations. Strong understanding of user experience testing and analysis. Experience with one or more graphics tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, etc.).
