Description

Delphic Sage is seeking an office coordinator to provide support across the organization, primarily focused on Operations and Sales & Marketing. This role will give the candidate broad exposure to mission-critical facets of an interactive agency with the opportunity for advancement into account management or sales & marketing.

Responsibilities

Project / Account Administration & Support

Schedules internal and external meetings for the team
Assist with content entry, testing and QA of client work product
Takes notes during kick off meetings, internal and client status meetings as required; disseminates notes & follows up as appropriate
Schedules and manage tasks as assigned
Assists with project set-up and basic reporting
Collaborates with team to support client deliverable deadlines, working on assigned projects and online marketing activities as needed
Understands the goals of the internal team as well as the client

Sales and Marketing Support

Conducts research for prospecting and proposals as requested
Update, maintain and scrub CRM data including sales pipeline and prospect info
Support ongoing social media efforts and monitoring
Manage monthly outreach campaigns via email and direct mail
Create and update sales presentations
Update DelphicSage.com and contribute to the blog
Update and analyze key sales and marketing effectiveness data
Qualifications

0-2 years experience with 4 year degree. Work or internship experience in an agency a bonus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong time-management and organizational skills

Interactive Web Producer

A fulltime position for an individual to create and nuture a highly participatory online product that seeks to engage users in lively conversations on a variety of topics as a part of this hyper-local news service. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years experience producing and maintaining online content across multiple platforms, including websites, newsletters, social media and mobile platforms; previous experience managing user interaction on a highly interactive website as well as experience at a news and information site; and a “sense” for news stories. Working independently or within a group, this individual must be highly detailed-oriented, possess excellent writing skills and be able to manage multiple content streams in a dead-line driven, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HTML editors and compliant language, Photoshop, Flash, Final Cut Pro, DHTML and Javascript required as well. Knowledge of the Joomla platform preferred but not required.

In order to be successful in this position, an individual should possess a proficiency in Standard HTML editors such as Dreamweaver; Photoshop, Flash and Final Cut Pro; Standard compliant HTML and CSS; DHTML; Javascript; and various content management systems. This position also requires someone who can work effectively as part of a team since the position will work closely with editors on the “marketing” of stories via placement on the site. Temple University’s Creative Services department has an opening for a full-time Web Developer (TU-13536) to join the Web Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of designers, marketers and technicians at a major urban research university.

Job Qualifications:
The Web Developer will interact with content authors, editors, project managers, and technology staff in designing, developing and maintaining high quality electronic products such as web sites, e-mail newsletters, e-mail marketing messages, and other digital media. In addition, the Web Developer will be responsible for: enhancing and maintaining Temple.edu web site and all related links; contributing to the structure and development of Temple.edu pages; performing periodic maintenance as requested on any Temple-owned web site including editing content, formatting and posting text, and updating graphics and flash presentations; working directly with department heads and clients to develop or redesign professional looking web sites aligning with Temple University’s brand; and developing and maintaining comprehensive tracking reports to monitor web activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in web development, interactive media, graphic design, or another related field and at least one year directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience developing and managing Internet services or electronic content.
  • Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XHTML, SQL, Flash, Actionscript, Dreamweaver, Contribute, Photoshop, Illustrator and content management systems

Junior Web Designer – Interactive Agency

The junior web designer will be required to produce highly quality web designs as well as other digital assets. The position also requires some light front end cut-up into XHTML and CSS in support of site build-out.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the design of interactive solutions
Create and optimize graphic elements for web sites
Assist in build out of sites including page styling to ensure consistent, high quality web sites
Understands technology and is able to communicate ideas to Web Development team

User Interface Designer

We are currently searching for a User Interface Designer who is highly motivated and creative and is experienced in designing enterprise web based applications. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for working closely with project teams and product owners to create and layout the information flow for the user experience. You will collaborate with team members to understand functional and usability needs, and design cohesive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces and logical information flows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human interface design and website layout/design. In addition, the ideal person not only has experience designing sites, but also understands the importance and methodology of color, placement, grouping, and follows best practices. Information Architect

documentation (site maps, transaction flows, schematics, navigation models, wireframes, etc) for both websites and applications.

Information Architect

The Information Architect is responsible for all aspects of the user experience design process, from stakeholder and user research through site construction and ongoing recommendations and refinements. The Information Architect is responsible for developing IA documentation (site maps, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, etc.) for web sites, mobile and applications. In addition to working collaboratively with the Delphic Sage project team, you will also work closely with the client to present and review IA deliverables. A firm understanding of user-centered design processes and interaction design principles will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities

Creating and conducting stakeholder interviews with managers to CxO executives to determine business and site goals and objectives
Creating and interpreting quantitative and qualitative feedback from user and stakeholder surveys
Leverage other primary research, personas, task analysis, heuristic and competitive reviews to create dynamic user experiences
Use a persona-driven approach to developing UX design rationale. Articulate UX concepts and solutions through scenarios and visualizations
Creating and refining user-experience deliverables such as task and gap analyses, content analysis and strategy and feature/functionality matrices, usage scenarios, site maps, wireframes, flow diagrams and user-requirements documents
Design, lead, and analyze usability testing initiatives
Provide active feedback and cursory QA oversight through construction
Play an active role in new business initiatives, including representing UX in sales pitch situations
Demonstrated experience using web analytics and heuristic data to provide ongoing UX enhancements
Required Skills

4-year degree and 3-5+ years experience as an Information Architect or User Experience Designer
